Absolutely. We never force dispatch. Every load is presented based on the preferences you provide in your Carrier Profile, including your preferred lanes, rates, equipment, and operating schedule. You always have the final decision on whether to accept or decline a load.

Getting started is simple. Complete the required onboarding documents and email the requested paperwork to our team. Once everything has been reviewed and approved, we'll begin dispatching according to your preferences.

We also ask that every client brings a positive, professional attitude as we work together to build a successful partnership.

We maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the dispatch process. You'll receive updates regarding available loads, broker communication, scheduling, and any important information affecting your trip. This will be done via a combination of email, text, or phone. (Your preference)

Dispatch services begin approximately 48 hours after all required onboarding documents have been received, reviewed, and approved. Once your onboarding is complete, we'll begin searching for freight that matches your equipment and operating preferences.

We dispatch freight based on your preferred lanes, operating areas, and business goals. During onboarding, you'll provide your preferred regions and routes so we can search for loads that fit your operation.

You will receive payment for your completed loads directly from the broker (or factoring company). At the end of each week, Haulin' Around Dispatch will send you an invoice reflecting a 10% dispatch fee for each load successfully booked during that billing period. Payment terms and additional details are outlined in the Dispatch Service Agreement.
